Today is the last day to grab the 5.789% dividend proposed by Himalayan Reinsurance Limited (HRL).
The company has also called its 3rd AGM on 20th Falgun, 2080. The meeting will be held in Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pradarshani Marg, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM that day.
The 55th board of directors meeting on Magh 25 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 10 Arba. 4% bonus shares and 0.21% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 40 crores and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 2.10 crores.
The book closure date is on Falgun 7. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout, and can attend this AGM.
Similarly, Today is the last day to grab the 5.789% dividend proposed by Asian Life Insurance Company Limited (ALICL).
The company has also called its 16th AGM 18th Falgun, 2080. The meeting will be held in Hotel Classic Plaza, Simara, Bara, starting at 11:30 AM that day.
The 188th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 12 has decided to distribute 7.75% bonus shares and a 0.4078% cash dividend (for tax purposes). The bonus shares are worth Rs. 24.45 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 1.28 crores. The existing paid-up capital of ALICL is Rs. 3.15 Arba.
The book closure date is on Falgun 8. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout, and can attend this AGM.
