Don't Forget! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Mountain Energy Limited And National Laghubitta Limited

Today is the last day to grab the 15.7895% dividend proposed by Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN).
The company has called its 10th AGM on 13th Chaitra, 2080. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet Catering & Events, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting at 10:30 AM that day.
The 106th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 22 has proposed a 15.7895% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 15% bonus shares and 0.7895% cash dividends (for tax purposes) have been proposed.
The book closure date is on Falgun 30. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
Similarly, Today is the last day to grab the 15% dividend proposed by National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS).
10th AGM on 16th Chaitra, 2080. The meeting will be held in Dhulikhel Lodge Resort, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk, starting at 10:30 AM that day.
The 163rd board of directors meeting on Magh 22 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.08 Arba. 7.5% bonus shares and 7.5% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 16.26 crores, and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 16.26 crores.
The book closure date is on Falgun 30. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
