Today is the last day to grab the 12% Cash dividend proposed by Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU).
The company has called its 13th AGM on 14th Ashwin, 2081. The meeting will be held at Nepa Banquet, Nayabazar, Kathmandu, starting at 10 a.m. that day.
The company's 213th meeting of the board held on 20th Bhadra, 2081, proposed the cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.36 Arba. A 12% cash dividend worth Rs 16.36 crores has been proposed.
The book closure date is on 31st Bhadra, 2081. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
Similarly, Today is the last day to grab the 3.81% cash dividend for RBB Mutual Fund-1 (RMF1) and an 8.74% cash dividend for RBB Mutual Fund-2 (RMF2) dividend proposed by RBB Merchant Banking Limited. 31st Bhadra 2081 is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout.
In a meeting held on Bhadra 20, the board of directors of RBB Merchant Banking Limited decided to distribute a 3.81% cash dividend (including tax) for RBB Mutual Fund-1 (RMF1) and an 8.74% cash dividend (including tax) for RBB Mutual Fund-2 (RMF2) for the fiscal year 2080/81.
