Today is the last day to grab the 13.01% dividend proposed by Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL).
The company has also called its 22nd AGM on 4th Poush, 2080.
The 418th board of directors meeting held on Ashwin 30 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.29 Arba. 12.3599% bonus shares worth Rs 15.95 crores and a 0.6505% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 83.94 lakh are proposed.
The book closure is on 22nd Mangsir 2080. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till today are entitled to dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
