Dordi Khola Hydropower Limited Unveils Book Closure Date for 100% Rights Offering

Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited (DORDI) has unveiled the book closure date for its 100% right shares on 15th Falgun, 2081. Thus, shareholders who held their shares before Falgun 13 are eligible for the rights offering.
The company will be issuing 100% right shares worth Rs. 1.05 Arba through the issue of 10,542,604 (1: 1) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The company's current paid-up capital is Rs. 1.05 Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, which is 1.05 crore units, the paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 2.10 Arba.
Sanima Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
As of writing, DORDI closed at Rs. 629.00.
