Eight days of Protest; from the resignation of the Finance Minister to the house surround of the President of SEBON

Due to the negligence on the demand raised by Nepal Investors Pressure Group, they have declared the eight days of continuous protest to justify their needs.

The pressure group has pointed out that they are taking this decisive movement in alignment to their constitutional rights for the protection of their property. They have been claiming that the existing Chairman of SEBON i.e. Dr Rewat Bahadur Karki is against the investors and have been playing politics. 

Schedule of the eight day protest is:

• On Chaitra 9, 2075 will be requesting Prime Minister for resigning Finance Minister.
• On Chaitra 10, 2075 will be surrounding the house of President of SEBON.
• On Chaitra 11, 2075 will be surrounding the house of President and CEO of NEPSE.
• On Chaitra 12, 2075 black balloon will be blown in the sky of Singh durbar area.
• On Chaitra 13, 2075 office of the SEBON will be locked.
• On Chaitra 14, 2075 will be submitting a statement to inform the foreign guests coming at the Investment Conference about the capital market of Nepal.
• On Chaitra 15, 2075 will be discussing with participant foreign guests.
• On Chaitra 16, 2075 will be protesting at the public program attending by
  Prime Minister and Finance Minister.

 Amongst 58 points suggestions prepared by special committee appointed by Government of Nepal only few of them have been implemented so far.
