Emerging Nepal convenes its 8th AGM; endorses 8.42% cash dividend for its shareholders

Emerging Nepal has convened its 8th AGM for the FY 2079-80 under the leadership of its chairman on Mangsir 15, 2080.
The AGM has endorsed 8.4210% cash dividend worth Rs 4.67 crore as well as all the fiscal and financial reports of the previous fiscal year as well as appointed the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
