Emerging Nepal Limited Proposes 8.42105% Cash Dividend for FY 2079/80

Emerging Nepal Limited (ENL) has proposed an 8.42105% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 80th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 21 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 55.56 Crore. An 8.42105% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 4.67 crores has been proposed.
This is the first dividend ever announced by the company after it issued shares to the general public.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Finance Ministry and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, ENL has an LTP of Rs. 809.
