Esewa Money Transfer Announces Grand Winner of 'Mero Digital Desh' Initiative

Esewa Money Transfer, a prominent digital remittance provider, announced the bumper winner of its 'Mero Digital Desh' initiative, Ms. Anjula Ghimire, who won a brand-new house in Imadol, Lalitpur.

The winner was revealed on November 27 during a live broadcast on the company's official platforms and Kantipur Television via a digital lucky draw. The initiative launched two years ago, aimed to promote formal and digital remittance channels, offering participants a chance to win a house by sending remittances to eSewa wallets.

Running from September 18, 2023, to November 15, 2024, the campaign has been instrumental in encouraging digital remittances. During the announcement, Esewa Money Transfer CEO, Ajesh Koirala, emphasized the initiative's role in boosting the national economy and formal remittance systems.
