Everest Bank appoints Laxmi Capital Market as issue manager for its 2 arba worth debenture

Everest Bank has appointed Laxmi Capital Market as issue manager to float its Rs 2 arba worth 10.25% Everest Bank Debenture 2085 to the investors.

The MoU regarding the issue management was signed between CEO of the Bank Mr. Sudesh Khaling and the CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Rajiv Sapkota amid a program.

Out of 20 lakh unit debentures, 12 lakh units will be allotted to be subscribed under private placement while 8 lakh units will be set open for general investors, as per the media statement.

The debenture will have a 10.50% interest yield which will be paid on a quarterly basis, as per the media statement.
