Everest Bank Opening the Issue of "7.5% Everest Bank Limited Urja Rinpatra 2089" From Today

Everest Bank Limited (EBL) is opening the issue of 20,00,000 units of "7.5% Everest Bank Limited Urja Rinpatra (Energy Bond) 2089" to the general public and institutions from today i.e. on 25th Poush.

The debenture with a maturity period of 10 years and a coupon rate of 7.5% will be open for application from today (25th Poush) and will conclude on 28th Poush, 2079. If the issue isn't fully subscribed, the deadline can be extended to Magh 09.

20 Lakh units will be issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. Out of the total units being issued 12 lakh units of the total issue will be subscribed via private placement while the remaining 8 lakh units worth Rs. 80 Crores are open for public issue, 5% of which is also allocated for mutual funds. It will raise a total of Rs 2 Arba from the issuance.

Laxmi Capital Market Limited is the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of whole issued units.
