Excel Development Bank Calls 18th AGM on Ashadh 29; When's the Book Closure?

Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) has called its 18th AGM on 29th Ashadh, 2081. The meeting will be held in Siddhartha Hotel, Jhapa, starting at 11 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.

2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.

3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.

4) To approve the appointment of an independent director.

5) To identify a suitable bank/ financial institution for merger and acquisition with Excel Development Bank Limited. 

6) Provide full authority to the board of directors to oversee various merger/acquisition-related proceedings accordingly if any instructions are received from the regulatory bodies.

6) Misc.

The bank has not proposed a dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.

The book closure date is from Ashadh 17 to Ashadh 29. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
