Excel Development Bank convenes its 17th AGM; elects 3 new board members from promoter group

Excel Development Bank convened its 17th AGM for the FY 2079-80 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Mahendra Kumar Goyal on Asar 16, 2080.
Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has elected 3 board members from the promoter shareholder group who are Mr. Mahendra Kumar Goyal, Mr. Rajan Sharma and Mr. Amit Kumar Agrawal.
The bank currently has branches in 44 locations in different districts of Koshi province and is mulling to open a few more branches in the upcoming days, as per the media statement.
