Excel Development Bank Decides Not To Distribute Dividend For FY 2080/81

Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) has announced that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The 316th Board Meeting of EDBL held on Poush 4, 2081 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2080/81. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
EDBL closed at Rs. 621.70.
