Existing Promoter Shareholders Of Garima Bikas Bank Auctioning 1,09,811 Unit Promoter Shares From Today
The existing promoters of Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) are auctioning 1,09,811 unit promoter shares to the shareholders from today i.e 26th Shrawan and will conclude on 31st Bhadra, 2079.
1,09,811 unit promoter shares will be auctioned. Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity for shares is 1000 units, there is no upper limit to bid for the shares. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity. Only the shareholders of the bank are all eligible to bid for the auction.
NIBL Ace Capital Limited is appointed the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of auction manager on Ashoj 02, starting from 2 pm that day. As of writing, the LTP of GBBL is Rs. 400.
