Final Call: Applications for NMB Hybrid Fund L-II Units Open Until Tomorrow

Investors have until Falgun 8 (tomorrow) to apply for units of NMB Hybrid Fund L-II, as NMB Capital Limited had extended the application deadline, which was initially set to close on Magh 24, 2080, due to insufficient applications.
Out of 12 crore unit shares, 1%, i.e. 12 lakh units worth Rs. 1.2 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager NMB Capital Limited, and 14%, i.e. 1,68,00,000 units worth Rs. 16.80 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor NMB Bank Limited. The remaining 10,20,00,000 crore units worth Rs 1.02 Arba will be issued to the general public and institutions.
"NMB Hybrid Fund L-II" is a closed-end fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,20,00,000 units.
Currently, NMB Capital manages three mutual funds: two closed-end funds—NMB 50 (NMB50) and NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2)—and one open-end fund, NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF).
For this issuance, ICRA Nepal has assigned a credit rating of [ICRANP-IR] A- to the fund promoter and [ICRANP] AMC Quality 2 to the scheme manager, indicating a strong level of confidence in its management quality.
Investors can apply for the fund's units through all ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), as well as through designated branch offices. Additionally, applications can be submitted online via CDS and Clearing Limited's 'Mero Share' platform.
