Finally After The Gap of 30 Months Trading of Adhikhola Laghubitta Resumes In NEPSE

The trading of Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AKBSL) resumes in the secondary market as per the notice published by NEPSE. 

Earlier, the company had signed MoU with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the merger and the trading of AKBSL was halted from Poush 3, 2076 onwards. However, the firms' merger process did not get through, and as per the NEPSE's latest decision, the trading has now been resumed after nearly two and a half years, from today i.e. 27th Jestha, 2079.

The company had issued 4,00,000 units of ordinary shares worth Rs 4 crore to the general public from 22 - 25 Ashad, 2076. The company had distributed 19% bonus shares from its 5th AGM of FY 77/78 held on 30th Poush, 2078. 

The LTP of this company stood at Rs 465 as of 19th December 2019.
