Finance Minister Paudel Inaugurates New Rastriya Banijya Bank Buildings in Pokhara

Finance Minister Paudel inaugurated the newly constructed buildings of Rastriya Banijya Bank’s Gandaki Provincial Office in Pokhara and its Prithvichowk branch. He emphasized providing reliable and accessible services to customers and directed bank management to modernize its services.

CEO Devendra Raman Khanal highlighted the bank’s role in revitalizing the sluggish economy by maintaining low interest rates and encouraging businesses to take advantage of affordable loans. The event saw participation from provincial ministers, officials, and banking executives, with a financial literacy awareness rally held beforehand. The bank currently operates across all 77 districts with extensive digital and physical banking services.
