Fine Gold Price Spikes by Rs. 1,500 per Tola, Silver Follows Suit with 40 Rupee Gain
The price of the highly coveted yellow metal has increased by Rs. 1,500 per tola today compared to yesterday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the current rate for fine gold is Rs. 1,48,100 per tola, marking a notable rise from the previous day's rate of Rs. 1,46,600 per tola.
Tejabi gold prices have also risen to Rs. 1,47,400 per tola, up by Rs. 1,500 from yesterday's rate of Rs. 1,45,900 per tola.
On August 5, 2024, fine gold reached a peak of Rs. 1,50,000 per tola, illustrating the market's volatility.
Additionally, silver prices have increased by Rs. 40 per tola, now priced at Rs. 1,730 per tola, compared to yesterday's Rs. 1,690 per tola.
