First Microfinance to auction 1 lakh unit promoter shares; set minimum bid price at Rs 295
First Microfinance is auctioning its 1 lakh unit promoter share from Chaitra 23 to 26, 2077.
One of the promoters is auctioning his/ her ownership through this auction process for which both the existing promoters and general investors can submit their application for which the minimum quotation price has been set at Rs 295 where minimum quantity is set at 100 unit.
The microfinance has appointed BoK Capital Market as issue manager, as per the media statement.
