Fonepay Payment Service Limited Holds Fifth Annual General Meeting, Announces Dividend Distribution and New Auditor Appointment

The fifth annual general meeting of Fonepay Payment Service Limited was held on January 13, 2025, at Alice Conference, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, chaired by Mr. Sashin Joshi, Chairman of the Board.

The meeting approved the financial statements for the fiscal year 2080/81, including the auditor's report, balance sheet, profit and loss, accounting, and cash flow statement.

It was decided to distribute 10.53% of the paid-up capital (including tax) to the shareholders. Additionally, N.B.S.M. & Associates was appointed as the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
