Forward Laghubitta Calls AGM on Mangsir 28, When's the Book Closure for 14% Dividend?

Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) has called its 12th AGM on 28th Mangsir, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Dinesh Choudhary Smriti Pratisthan, Sunsari, starting at 1 PM.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 14% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The 153rd board of directors meeting held on Ashwin 15 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.05 Arba. 13.3% bonus shares worth Rs 14.03 crores and a 0.7% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 73.88 lakhs have been proposed.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82. There is also an agenda to identify suitable microfinance companies for merger or acquisition, conduct due diligence, and authorize the Board of Directors to finalize all necessary procedures related to the merger or acquisition.
The book closure date is on Mangsir 14. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
