Forward Laghubitta (FOWAD) Calls AGM on Poush 30, When's the Book Closure for 42% Dividend?

Forward Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) has called its 9th AGM on 30th Poush, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Sunsari, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 42% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 112th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 21 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 62.55 crores. 35% bonus shares worth Rs. 21.89 crores and a 7% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 4.37 crores have been proposed.

Furthermore, the AGM will also elect 4 board members from the promoters and 2 from the public shareholders. There is also an agenda to endorse the decision of raising the company's existing issued capital.

Poush 16 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
