Fourth day of gain pushes NEPSE Index to 1135.37 points; turnover stands at Rs.28.75 Crore

The market today was in the red zone for most part of the day. However, it managed to gain for the fourth consecutive day after gaining 0.31% or 3.45 points. The benchmark index closed at 1135.37 points. The turnover amount stood at Rs.28.75 Crore achieved through trade of 987,739 units of shares traded through 4,525 transactions trading scrips of 171 listed companies in the process.
Promoter Shares of Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLICP) posted the highest turnover at Rs.2.13 Crore with LTP at Rs.508 per share. Civil Bank Limited (CBL) stood ahead in terms of volume with trade of 69,311 units of shares. The LTP of the stock stood at Rs.140 per share.
Kanchan Development Bank (KADBL) was today’s top gainer as it gained 7.10% or 12 points and closed at Rs.181 per share. National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (NMFBS) was today’s top loser as it lost 3.84% or 49 points and closed at Rs.1226 per share.
Sensitive Index gained 1.75 points and closed at 250.52 points while Float Index gained 0.06 points and closed at 84.33 points.
