Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Holds 8th Annual General Meeting

The 8th AGM of Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS) was held on 29th Poush 2081 at Hotel Day-Break, Pokhara. The meeting, chaired by Mrs. Archana Pradhan, approved all proposals presented by CEO Mr. Bishnu Prasad Dhakal.

The resignation of Director Mr. Prakash Kharel was accepted, and Mrs. Tulasa Kharel was appointed to fill the vacancy. Since its inception in 2073, GMFBS has grown to serve 34,050 rural members across 23 districts with 43 branch offices. It has invested Rs. 2.19 Arba in loans to support rural financial services.
