Ganapati Laghubitta Reports Q3 With Slight Decline In Core Business Revenue

Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS) published its third-quarter report for FY 2078/2079 with a decline in Net Profit by 48.35%. As per the report published by the company, the net profit declined to Rs. 1.31 crores as compared to Rs. 2.54 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The borrowings of the company increased by 51.73% (compared to the immediate previous year ending) to Rs. 1.48 Arba which was Rs. 97.72 crores the previous year. The company’s loans and advances have also increased by 43.88% (compared to the immediate previous year ending) to 2.19 Arba.

The net interest income (core revenue) has declined by 2.62% to Rs. 9.22 crores compared to Rs. 9.47 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The paid-up capital of the company increased to Rs. 15.15 crores in this quarter and its reserve and surplus stood at Rs. 4.24 crores.

The company’s annualized earnings per share stood at Rs. 11.57 whereas the net worth per share stood at Rs. 128. The company traded at 96 times its earnings.
