Garima Bikas Bank Unveils Book Closure Date for its 14.5% Dividend; Calls AGM on Poush 22

Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) has called its 16th AGM on Poush 22, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Pokhara Grande, Pokhara, Kaski.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 14.5% dividend worth Rs. 66.56 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors meeting on Kartik 24, 2079 decided to distribute a 14.5% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.59 Arba. 13% bonus shares worth Rs. 59.68 crores and 1.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 6.88 Crores have been proposed.
The book closure date is from Poush 08 to Poush 22. Thus, shareholders maintained before that are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
