General Insurance concludes SGM endorsing merger with Sanima General Insurance; new entity to be known as Sanima GIC Insurance Company
General Insurance Company concluded its SGM on Ashoj 11, 2079 unanimously endorsing the merger agreement with Sanima General Insurance.
The SGM has also endorsed the decision to rename the company as Sanima GIC Insurance Company, as per the media statement.
