General Insurance (GIC) Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

General Insurance Company Nepal Limited (GIC) has called its 3rd AGM on 26th Baisakh, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Hattisar, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the report and financials for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Appointment of the external auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their remuneration.
3) Election of two board members from the general investors.
4) Endorsement of the Covid-19 Relief Fund.
The book closure date is on Baisakh 10. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Baisakh 10 to Baisakh 26.
