Gentle Reminder: "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086" closing today at the end of banking hours

Bank of Kathmandu Limited is closing the public issue of 16,00,000 units worth of "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086" today/ The issue opened on Mangsir 24.

The par value of the debenture is Rs.1000 per unit. From the total 16 lakh units of "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086," 6.4 lakh units have been opened to the public. This includes the 32,000 units (5% of issue) allocated for mutual funds. The remaining 9.6 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.

The issue will close at the end of banking hours. Thus, the debenture can still be applied today. The minimum quantity should be 25 units while applying. Meanwhile, an entity can apply for a maximum of three lakh units.
