Ghorahi Cement Industry Proposes 15% Bonus Shares for FY 79/80; Calls AGM on Poush 28

Ghorahi Cement Industry Limited (GCIL) has called its 3rd AGM on 28th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in Hotel Pauwa, Ghorahi-15, Dang, starting from 9 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal years 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) To discuss on the dividend distribution from the profits.
4) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal years 2080/81.
5) Approve the director's appointment in the vacant post.
6) Regarding the appointment of an independent director.
7) To elect a director from the public shareholding group.
8) To determine the meeting allowance and other service facilities of the managing directors and directors.

Furthermore, there is an agenda to distribute bonus shares of 15 percent from the accumulated profit up to 2079/080. The dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

Poush 16 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this AGM.
