Global Hydropower Associates appoints Mega Capital and Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as its share registrar; to float Rs 58.60 crore worth IPO

Global HydroPower Associates has appointed Mega Capital Market to function as its share underwriter to float its Rs 58.60 crore worth IPO to the general public.
The agreement for the same was signed on Chaitra 21, 2079 between the chairman of the hydro company Mr. Motilal Dugar, Acting CEO of Mega Capital Mr. Shulav Shrestha and CEO of Nepal SBI Merchant Banker Mr. Devraj Adhikari, as per the statement.
