Global IME Balance Fund I (GIBF1) Proposes 5% Cash Dividend For FY 2080/81

Global IME Balance Fund-I (GIBF1) has proposed a 5% cash dividend to the unit holders for FY 2080/81.

The 178th meeting of the board of directors of Global IME Capital Limited held on Bhadra 28 has decided to distribute a 5% cash dividend worth Rs. 5.12 Crores to the unitholders of Global IME Balance Fund I (GIBF1) for the fiscal year 2080/81.

Global IME Balance Fund I (GIBF1), is a closed-end fund and has a maturity period of 10 years. It has a fund size of Rs. 1.02 Arba.

The book closure date for the proposed dividend is yet to be announced. The fund has an LTP of Rs. 10.29.
