Global IME Bank acquires Hathway Finance Limited!

Hathway Finance Limited will be acquired by Global IME Bank Limited. Yesterday, the representative of both the companies i.e. Mr. Sudarshan Krishna Shrestha from Global IME Bank and Mr. Nabaraj Nepal from Hathaway Finance signed the agreement related to acquisition.
The paid up capital of Global IME stands at Rs 10 arba 39 crore whereas the paid up capital of Hathway stands at Rs 30 crore. Hathway has its own history as it took the responsibility to improve once financially problematic Arun Finance.
