Global IME Bank allots its 11.25% GBIME Debenture 2084-85; bank’s Rs 5 arba worth debenture gets oversubscribed

Global IME Bank has allotted its 11.25% GBIME Debenture program 2084-85 on Falgun 12, 2079. The bank had floated Rs 5 arba worth of debenture program with five years maturity period, 11.25% interest yield.

The bank had issued 20 lakh unit debenture for individual investors including mutual funds while 30 lakh units to institutional investors under the private placement method. As per the available data, The issue had received applications from 23 applicants for 52 .15 lakh unit debentures for the private placement category while 1266 individuals applied for 21.31 lakh unit debentures in the general investor's category both oversubscribed, which were allotted on a proportionate basis, as per the media statement.
