Global IME Bank and NAS-IT Sign Landmark Partnership Agreement

Global IME Bank Limited and the Nepal Association of Software and IT Services (NAS-IT) have signed a bilateral partnership agreement. The agreement, witnessed by key representatives from both organizations, aims to prioritize the information technology sector, as highlighted in Nepal's fiscal year 2081/82 budget.

Deputy CEO of Global IME Bank, Suman Pokharel, stated that this partnership will boost the development and commercialization of IT in Nepal.

Global IME Bank, which offers various banking services to over 4.8 million customers, will provide specific banking services to NAS-IT-related organizations and employees under this agreement.

Additionally, both organizations will collaborate on mutual skill development programs and support for startups and small businesses. This agreement marks Global IME Bank as the first bilateral partner for NAS-IT's new bilateral fund, aiming to promote innovation, research, and social responsibility.
