Global IME Bank convenes its 15th AGM; endorses proposal of 13.50% dividend to shareholders

Global IME Bank has convened its 15^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal on Mangsir 27, 2078.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10% bonus shares and 3.50% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. The new paid-up value of the bank will scale up to Rs 23.79 arba after the capitalization of the endorsed bonus shares.

The bank currently provides its services to its customers from its 287 branches in 76 districts, 3 foreign relations offices, and more than 850 banking points, as per the media statement.
