8.50% Global IME Bank Limited Debenture 2086/87 Now Listed in NEPSE

30,00,000 units of 8.50% Global IME Bank Limited Debenture 2086/87 (GBILD86/87) are now listed in NEPSE.

Global IME Bank Limited issued "8.50% Global IME Bank Debenture 2086/87" from 1st Chaitra. This debenture issue was supposed to close on the 4th of Chaitra. Since the issue was not fully subscribed, the deadline was extended to 16th Chaitra.

Of the 30 lakh total units, 18 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement. The remaining 12 lakh units were issued to the public, 5% of which was reserved for mutual funds. Amount not subscribed by the public has been subscribed via private placement.

As the name suggests, the debenture will pay 8.5% yearly returns to its unitholders and will mature in the fiscal year 2086/87. Century Capital Markets was the issue manager for this debenture issue. The allotment concluded on Chaitra 23.
