Global IME Bank Partners with Bhoomi Developers and Pacific Developers for Green Housing Loans

Global IME Bank Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding with Bhoomi Developers Private Limited and Pacific Developers Private Limited to offer green housing loans.

These loans will finance environmentally friendly residential houses in Lalitpur District, Godawari Municipality, Ward No. 3, Kitini. Customers can receive quick and straightforward loan approvals within three working days for these eco-friendly homes.

The bank will also act as the financial partner for future projects by Bhoomi and Pacific Developers. Loans of up to NPR 12 crore will have a fixed interest rate of 8.99% for up to 7 years, followed by a premium rate of 1.75% for a maximum of 30 years.

This initiative supports the construction, purchase, and upgrading of eco-friendly buildings, contributing to environmental sustainability.
