Global IME Bank Partners with IFC to Advance Digital Banking and Fintech in Nepal

Global IME Bank Limited has signed an agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to enhance digital financial services and promote embedded finance models. The agreement was signed by Global IME Bank’s CEO, Surendra Raj Regmi, and IFC’s Asia-Pacific Regional Industry Director, Allen Forlemu.

Under this partnership, IFC will support the bank’s digital transformation by assessing data security, identifying improvement areas, and providing strategic recommendations for digital banking growth. Additionally, IFC will conduct feasibility studies on fintech opportunities to promote embedded finance models.
