Global IME Bank Plans to Issue 5 Billion Rupees Debenture, Appoints Laxmi Sunrise Capital as Issue and Sales Manager

Global IME Bank Limited has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited to oversee the issuance and sale of debentures totaling five billion rupees.

The bank plans to issue "8% Global IME Bank Debenture 2091/92" for 1000 rupees per unit, aiming to sell 5 million units. Of these, 40% (2 billion rupees' worth) will be offered to the public, and the remaining 60% (3 billion rupees' worth) will be sold privately.

The 10-year debenture will pay semi-annual interest at an annual rate of 8%. The agreement was signed by CEO Ratna Raj Bajracharya of Global IME Bank Limited and CEO Bijay Lal Shrestha of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited.
