Global IME Bank Proposes 5.5% Bonus Shares For FY 2080/81

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has proposed a 5.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The 446th meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 21 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 36.12 Arba. 5.5% bonus shares have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming 18th AGM.
As of writing, GBIME has an LTP of Rs. 253.10.
