Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has proposed a 9% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 429th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 19 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 35.77 Arba. 1% bonus shares and 8% cash dividend (including tax) have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, GBIME has an LTP of Rs. 206.
