Global IME Capital Appointed as Issue And Sales Manager for Mandakini Hydropower's Rights Shares

Global IME Capital Ltd. was appointed as the issue and sales manager for Mandakini Hydropower Ltd.'s rights share issuance, approved during the company's 11th annual general meeting on Mangsir 7, 2081.

The rights shares will be issued in a 1:1.25 ratio. Following the meeting, Mandakini Hydropower's authorized capital increased to Rs. 2 billion, with issued capital reaching Rs. 64.67 crore (including a 5% bonus share).

The company’s Sardikhola Hydropower project in Kaski has been generating 4 MW of electricity since Mangsir 2074. With the rights share issuance, Mandakini plans to fund the Upper Sardikhola Hydropower project (2.9 MW) and invest in other projects.
