Global IME Capital appointed share registrar of Chandragiri Hills Limited; What are the company's future plans?

Chandragiri Hills Limited has appointed Global IME Capital as its share registrar. A share registrar is an institution responsible for tracking and keeping the records of the shareholders after the issuer provides securities to the public.
Global IME Capital had also functioned as the issue manager of the IPO of Chandragiri Hills Limited. The IPO allotment of Chandragiri Hills Limited has concluded a few days back. As per the allotment module, a total of 1,39,602 applicants were allotted 10 units each via lottery, and the remaining 10,71,513 applicants returned empty-handed. The authorized capital of the company is Rs. 2 Arba and the issued capital is Rs. 1,53,40,91,000.
The company has promised to provide a 25% discount on two-way cable car fares for the investors who applied in its IPO. The offer is valid for one time for a year from the date of allotment. With this, the company aims to promote domestic tourism in Nepal. Established to promote both domestic and international tourism, the company has already brought the cable car, Boutique Hotel, and view tower into operation. Furthermore, the company will work to add other adventurous activities under the Zipline project.
