Global IME Capital concludes SGM endorsing merger with BOK Capital Market; new entity to function with more synergy

Global IME Capital has concluded its SGM under the leadership of its chairman on Asar 3, 2080 unanimously endorsing the merger agreement with BoK Capital Market.
The SGM has concluded the merger process which was due after the merger between the parent companies of these two merchant banks i.e. Global IME Bank and Bank of Kathmandu some time ago, as per the media statement.
