Global IME Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 11th Ashwin is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 10th Ashwin are entitled to the dividend payout.
The 178th meeting of the board of directors of Global IME Capital Limited held on Bhadra 28 has decided to distribute a 5% cash dividend worth Rs. 5.12 Crores to the unitholders of Global IME Balance Fund I (GIBF1) for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Global IME Balance Fund I (GIBF1), is a closed-end fund with a maturity period of 10 years. It has a fund size of Rs. 1.02 Arba. The fund has an LTP of Rs. 10.00.
