Global IME Capital Limited Calls AGM With These Agendas

Global IME Capital Limited has called its 17th AGM on 21st Kartik, 2081. The meeting will be held in the company's central office located at Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 9 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) To pass the annual report made by the chairman on behalf of the board of directors.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) To appoint an auditor for the external audit work of FY 2081/082 and to determine his remuneration.
4) To elect a director from the promoter shareholding group and to approve the appoint of 2 independent directors.
5) Misc.
