Global IME Capital to Manage Nepal Solar Farm Public Share Issue

Nepal Solar Farm Limited, with a face value of Rs. 100 worth Rs. 12 Crore, has appointed Global IME Capital Limited as the issuing and selling manager for its public issue of 12 lakh ordinary shares.

The agreement between the two entities was signed at a special program held at the registered office of Global IME Capital Limited in Kathmandu.

Nepal Solar Farm Limited, previously registered as a private company in 2074, converted to a public company in 2080, with its central office located in Bafal, Kathmandu.

The company's solar farm project, with an authorized capital of Rs. 30 crores and issued capital of Rs. 25 crores, is situated in Shimle, Ward No. 6 of Rupakot Rural Municipality, Kaski District.

The project, initiated on Kartik 14, 2079, has commenced commercial production of electricity and is connected to the national transmission line. The company aims to expand its investments in the solar energy sector, with contributions from notable figures in solar and other energy-related sectors.
