Global IME Laghubitta (GILB) Announces 10% Cash Dividend Worth Rs. 6.19 Crores for FY 2079/80

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) has proposed a 10% cash dividend worth Rs. 6.19 crores for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board of directors meeting held on Mangsir 24 decided to distribute the 10% cash dividend (including tax) on the paid-up capital of Rs. 618,900,045. Thus, the cash dividend is a little over Rs. 6.19 crores.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, GILB has an LTP of Rs. 822.60.
